Over the course of four weeks, you’ll learn every essential you need to become completely hands-on in the kitchen, regardless of your dietary restrictions, skill level, or kitchen setup.
Week 1: Basics – Knife skills, pantry essentials, and a simple meal-prep routine based on your unique needs.
Week 2: Nutrition 101 – Understanding your essentials, portioning, and balancing meals.
Week 3: Creative Cooking – Adapting recipes to personal tastes and dietary needs, improvising, and riffing on new recipes
Week 4: Independence – Advanced prep strategies, batch cooking, and making your new skills sustainable.
Each class is 3.5 hours long, one day a week for four weeks.
